Touch International Recruits Vice President of North American Operations

AUSTIN, Texas (April 25, 2002) -In a move to strengthen its position in the touchscreen market, Touch International today announced the appointment of Greg Fagioli as Vice President of North American Operations. Fagioli, previously the President of The Tronex Group, will relocate to Texas to assume his new position.

Fagioli has over thirty years of experience in the electronics components and computer industry, bringing a unique breadth of experience and perspective from three major channels, including: original equipment manufacturer, distributor, and manufacturer's representative.

Fagioli will be in charge of managing operations for the company's nineteen regional sales offices. His responsibilities will include driving sales, channel expansion, and implementing industry leading customer services standards.

Prior to his eight-year presidency with The Tronex Group, a manufacturers' representatives business, Fagioli served as Vice President of World-Wide Sales and Marketing for Wire Pro Incorporated (WPO), a manufacturer of cables and connectors. Previously, he worked in the distributor channel with Powell Electronics and Schweber/ Lex Electronics managing regional operations, including sales and marketing, fiscal and inventory management, and customer service.
