Technology Finance Veteran Strengthens Touch International Management Team
New CFO Brings Over Twenty Years of Financial and Accounting Experience To International Touch Screen Provider
Austin, TX - September 16, 2004 - Touch International Corporation, a leading manufacturer of touch technology, today named David Osowski as chief financial officer effective immediately. Osowski brings over twenty years of financial experience in both private and public companies, including senior level positions in such companies as Price Waterhouse, Boehringer Ingleheim Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Summagraphics. He will be responsible for investor relations, global financial reporting, treasury, risk management, and logistical operations, including production and distribution.
Osowski joins Touch International from his most recent position at BroadQ, LLC in Austin, Texas where he served as BroadQ's chief financial officer heading both finance and the accounting department for the media player software development start-up.

Dave received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Bridgeport, in Bridgeport, CT. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
