Touch International Finalizes 3M Touch System Asset Transition

Austin, TX September 17, 2007 Touch International Inc. announced today that the acquisition of 3M Touch Systems assets located in Vancouver, British Columbia and Mexico was completed on August 31, 2007. The equipment is in the process of being relocated to Touch International production facilities in Texas and Asia to meet our customers increasing demand for high quality resistive touch screens.
This transaction provides Touch International additional manufacturing capability for existing Touch International customers and for former 3M Specialty Resistive customers.
